Outsourcing FAQ

Here Are Answers To The Outsourcing Questions You're Just Dying To Ask!

thinking hard

Is outsourcing un-American?
Not at all. When you outsource your lower paying jobs to workers overseas, you free up cash that can be invested to grow your business. The result is more better paying jobs in this country. As your business increases, you'll need more managers to handle that growth. And let's face it, we do business in a global economy now. We need to take advantage of every strategy that we can. It's become a necessity to outsource certain components of a business in order to even remain competitive. The increased profits that you earn from outsourcing can be invested back into our domestic economy.

Can the Virtual Employees speak fluent English?
The Philippines places an extremely high emphasis on the English language and many of the Virtual Employees have actually taught English while they were in college. There's a night and day difference when it comes to an agent from the Philippines and many other countries. Although many people speak Tagalog and Cebuano there, English is quickly becoming the predominant language.

How many hours will my Virtual Employee be working for me?
Your Virtual Employee will be working for you full-time or part-time. Full-time means that they will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 4.3 weeks a month. Part-time (20 hours per week) means that they will be working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, 4.3 weeks a month. Part-time (10 hours per week) means that they will be working 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, 4.3 weeks a month.

What type of phone service does the Virtual Employee use to communicate to the United States?
We have tested almost every service and device accessible and we have found that there are many good services but few that are cost effective. The most cost effective solution we have found that provides a very good quality of service is VOIP.

How do we know if a Virtual Employee is calling?
The VOIP service has a "call tracker" log service built into it. You can have your Virtual Employee send you the call logs each day or week. It's a very good service to help keep track of the productivity of the Virtual Employee.

Does the Virtual Employee work for me or for you?
The Virtual Employee works directly for you. We are essentially your Human Resources department. We provide light management. Yet the Virtual Employees answer directly to you.

Who is responsible for training the Virtual Employees?
The product training, motivation and accountability will come from you, however we'll find you experienced Virtual Employees in both outbound and inbound calling, internet marketing, office assisting, etc.. We also get very involved on the "sales training" side of things to help ensure optimum success of your Virtual Employee. In addition, we do a "weekly" audio that each Virtual Employee can listen to with tips to increase their performance and English skills.

How do I pay you?
To make it simple, fast and cost effective, we simply bill you electronically each month.

How often do I get billed?
We bill just once per month.

If I hire an outbound sales representative or appointment setter, do you guarantee a certain amount of appointments set?
The selling accountability, the motivation and the encouragement will come from you. Sales is a very interesting industry and true sales people live and breathe on success as well as verbal and financial incentives. The environment in which you set for them, even though they are working across the ocean is vital as to how well they will perform, as is the product in which they are selling.

Should I give my Virtual Employee bonuses for performance?
You certainly can. It's not mandatory. Yet you know all employees are motivated by incentives. Any bonuses that you award your Virtual Employees are paid directly to them.

You say that you will replace my Virtual Employee if he or she does not work out, what does that mean?
In a perfect world, an Virtual Employee would never quit, each Virtual Employee will be perfect for the job, and every Virtual Employee will work to the best of their ability. Although this is not a perfect world, we work hard to find you the very best of the best Virtual Employees. If a Virtual Employee does not work out, then we will replace that Virtual Employee at no additional charge.
